وزعت ابتدائية مراكش 13 سنة وشهرين حبسا في حق نجل المغراوي و5 أشخاص آخرين متهمين بحيازة وترويج المخدرات الصلبة والخمور المغشوشة على ملاهي مدينة مراكش، إلى جانب انتحال صفة ينظمها القانون
وفي هذا الصدد، فقد قضت ابتدائية مراكش، بعقوبة 4 أشهر حبسا نافذا وغرامة 4000 درهم في حق نجل الشيخ المغراوي، من أجل تهم تتعلق بحيازة وترويج المخدرات الصلبة، وانتحال صفة ينظمها القانون.
وفي نفس السياق، أصدرت ابتدائية مراكش عقوباتها في حق المتهمين الآخرين، حيث قضت في حق المتهم الأول « ه.ا » بخمس سنوات حبسا نافذا وغرامة قدرها 20 ألف درهم، وب3 سنوات ونصف حبسا نافذا وغرامة 10 آلاف درهم في حق المتهم « ك.س »، وبسنتين ونصف حبسا نافذا وغرامة 5 آلاف درهم في حق المسمى « م.أ »، وسنة ونصف حبسا نافذا وغرامة ألف درهم في حق « ق.ا »، و4 اشهر حبسا موقوف التنفيذ وغرامة 500 درهم في حق « م.ع ».
