وحسب المعطيات التي توصلنا بها، فقد تم ايقاف المشتبه فيه على إثر الحملة الأمنية التي تشنها الفرقة الحضرية للشرطة القضائية، لمحاربة الشوائب الأمنية، حيث تم حجز حوالي 120 لتر من المسكر المذكور و32 أنبوب من مخدر السليسيون.
وقد تم إخضاع المعني بالأمر لتدبير الحراسة النظرية، وذلك إلى حين تقديمه أمام العدالة.
