أعوان السلطة بالأوداية يسيرون عكس الخطابات الملكية ويتحدون والي الجهة شوراق
بعد أيام قليلة من استقبال والي الجهة الجديد فريد شوراق للباشوات والقياد، وكذا بعض رجال السلطة الذين ينتمون إلى المناطق التابعة لعمالة مراكش، في الاجتماع الأول الذي عقده معهم بعد أيام قليلة من تعيينه، والذي حتهم من خلاله بالعمل على تقديم الخدمات للمواطنين في أسرع وقت ممكن وفي ظروف جيدة، يبدو أن اعوان السلطة بجماعة الأوداية يسيرون عكس التيار.
ويشتكي عديد المواطنين القاطنين بالدواوير التابعة للجماعة من الغياب المستمر لاعوان السلطة عن مقر القيادة، حيث يضطرون للبحث عنهم بين المقاهي، من أجل قضاء اغراضهم، إضافة إلى تعاملهم بطريقة غير لائقة، وهو ما يثير امتعاضهم.
وطالب المشتكون بضرورة تدخل قائدة المنطقة، من أجل الوقوف عند هذه الممارسات التي تقض مضجع الساكنة، والحرص على احترامها، مع تقديم التعليمات لاعوان السلطة وكذا الموظفين للتواجد بالمقر طيلة مواعيد العمل، مع تجنب التصرف بطرق غير لائقة مع المواطنين.
ويشار أن الملك محمد السادس، قد سعى في العديد من خطبه إلى توجيه الحكومة نحو ضمان تحسين جودة خدمة المواطن والسهر على تقريب الإدارة من المواطن، حيث شكلت التوجيهات الملكية، المضمنة في الخطب الملكية، خاصة منها خطاب 14 أ كتوبر 2016، بمناسبة افتتاح الدورة الأولى من السنة التشريعية الأولى من الولاية التشريعية العاشرة، وخطابي العرش لسنتي 2018 و2019، منعطفا حاسما ومنطلقا أساسيا في ورش إصلاح الإدارة المغربية.
وجاء في احد خطابات جلالته في هذا الصدد » إن الهدف الذي يجب أن تسعى إليه كل المؤسسات، هو خدمة المواطن، وبدون قيامها بهذه المهمة، فإنها تبقى عديمة الجدوى، بل لا مبرر لوجودها أصلا ».
