كشفت وزارة الفلاحة والصيد البحري والتنمية القروية والمياه والغابات أن المديريات الجهوية للفلاحة شرعت في إعداد لوائح المستفيدين وكذا إحداث نقاط توزيع ثابتة، حيث تم تخصيص نسبة محددة من الشعير المدعم لكل فلاح بثمن درهمين للكيلوغرام الواحد،
وحسب مصادر فقد شرعت فعليا في منح الفلاحين نسبتهم من الشعير المدعم، وقد توصل عدد من الفلاحين ومربي الماشية باستمارات من أجل ملئها، كما حلت فرق إقليمية تابعة لمديريات وزارة الفلاحة بعدد من القرى من أجل إجراء «عملية إحصاء» أولي للمستفيدين المعنيين.
هذا وتقدر التكلفة الإجمالية للبرنامج بـ334 مليون درهم، حيث سيتم توزيع الشعير المدعّم والأعلاف المركبة كدفعة أولى، والتي تبلغ على التوالي 544 ألف قنطار و174 ألف قنطار. مع إحداث وتجهيز 80 نقطة ماء لتوريد الماشية ومعالجة 157 ألف خلية نحل ضد “الفاروا”، والرّي التكميلي لمساحة قدرها 7700 هكتار من الأشجار.
