مستثمر بمراكش يرسل نائب العمدة المنصوري إلى سجن الأوداية

 

 

علم موقع « مراكش7 » من مصدر مطلع، أنه قد تم ايداع نائب سابق للعمدة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري في ولايتها السابقة بسجن الأوداية، بعد مرور فترة قصيرة من مغادرته لأسوار السجن، عقب قضاءه لعقوبة حبسية، بعد الحكم عليه من طرف الغرفة الجنحية التلبسية بالمحكمة الابتدائية بمراكش بالسجن لسنة ونصف، قبل أن يتم استئناف الحكم، ليقضي ثمانية أشهر وراء القضبان، حيث تمت متابعته بتهمة “النصب واستغلال النفوذ بطلب فائدة مالية من أجل الحصول على قرار لصالح شخص من السلطة أو الإدارة”.

 

ذات المصدر أضاف أن السبب وراء متابعة المستشار الجماعي السابق في حالة اعتقال، راجع إلى شكاية تقدم بها أحد المستثمرين بشارع « البرانس »، حيث اتهمه بالنصب عليه، بعدما وعده بالتوسط إليه لاستخلاص رخصة خاصة بالبناء مقابل فائدة مالية، دون أن يفي بذلك.

 

وكان موقع « مراكش7 » قد تطرق في مقال نشر شهر اكتوبر من سنة 2021 إلى إغلاق المحل الذي يملكه المستثمر المذكور، وذلك من أجل تحويله إلى قيسارية بدون التوفر على رخصة لذلك، حيث كان يتوفر آنذاك على رخصة خاصة بترميم داخلي فقط، لتقوم لجنة ولائية بالتدخل، ما دفعه للتراجع عن المشروع والابقاء على المحل.
