أمام لجنة التعليم والثقافة والاتصال في مجلس النواب، قدم وزير التربية الوطنية والتعليم الأولي والرياضة، يوم الإثنين 29 يناير 2024، مشروع قانون رقم 03.24. يهدف هذا المشروع إلى تعديل القانون رقم 07.00 الذي أسس للأكاديميات الجهوية للتربية والتكوين.
وأكد الوزير أن هذا المشروع يعد الأساس القانوني لتنفيذ النظام الأساسي الجديد لموظفي الوزارة. ويرتكز المشروع على مقاربة تشاركية مع النقابات التعليمية واللجنة الوزارية الثلاثية، مما يعزز التوازن بين الحقوق والواجبات.
وفي سياق الإصلاح التربوي، يسعى المشروع إلى تجديد مهن التدريس وتحسين جودة التعليم. كما يلتزم بتفعيل التوجهات الواردة في النموذج التنموي الجديد للمملكة.
من ناحية أخرى، يستجيب المشروع لمطالب فئة مهمة من موظفي الوزارة، خاصة المتعاقدين، من خلال منحهم صفة « موظف » وتوفير نظام متسق يشمل جميع الموظفين بنفس الحقوق والواجبات.
