جماعة ابن جرير و جامعة محمدالسادس متعددة التخصصات في اللقاء الافتتاحي بمدينة بون الالمانية حول ظاهرة الاحتباس الحراري و إدارة مظاهر الحرارة في المدن.


ضمن مبادرة شبكة المدن المترابطة، شارك السيد الحجاج مساعيد، النائب الثاني لرئيس بلدية ابن جرير، والمهندسة نسيمة ماصيري من قسم التخطيط العمراني بالبلدية، والدكتور رضى عزمي من مركز النظم الحضرية بجامعة محمد السادس للتخصصات المتعددة، في الاجتماع الافتتاحي بمدينة بون الألمانية، وذلك يوم الاثنين الموافق 30 أكتوبر 2023، وذلك عقب اللقاء الافتراضي الأول الذي تم في غشت 2023. يُمثل هذا اللقاء نقطة الانطلاق للتعاون بين المدن المشاركة بهدف تطوير حلول فعالة لإدارة الحرارة الحضرية مع مراعاة الخصوصيات الفريدة لكل مدينة. تبادلت المدن المشاركة وهي أسوان بمصر، بن جرير بالمغرب، هايدلبرغ ولودنشايد بألمانيا، لفيف بأوكرانيا، ونيروبي بكينيا، البيانات حول التحديات المحلية المتعلقة بالحرارة واستراتيجيات التخفيف منها، بالإضافة إلى العقبات الطارئة.

خلال ورش العمل، تم التركيز على التحديات الخاصة بكل مدينة التي سيتم العمل عليها خلال هذه الشراكة. وشملت الزيارة لمدينة لودنشايد الألمانية، المشاركة أيضًا في هذه الشبكة، حيث قدّم عمدة المدينة عرضًا حول تجاربهم مع التغير المناخي وارتفاع درجة الحرارة والخطط الموضوعة للتقليل من هذه الآثار.

وشملت الزيارة أيضًا جولة ميدانية بالمدينة لرصد تأثيرات الحرارة والمشاريع التي تأخذ بعين الاعتبار هذه الظاهرة.كما تمت زيارة مدينة lûdenscheid الالمانية المشاركة في هذه الشبكة ، و بحضور عمدة المدينة، حيث تم عرض تجاربهم مع التغير المناخي و ارتفاع درجة الحرارة كما تم عرض جميع المخططات التي تهدف الى الحد منها، كما تم القيام بزيارة ميدانية في المدينة مع الفريق التقني الساهر على دراسة ظاهرة الحرارة حيث تم الوقوف على مجموعة من المظاهر لتاثير الحرارة و كذلك على بعض المشاريع التي تاخذ بعين الاعتبار هذه الظاهرة…

يذكر أن الأهداف الرئيسية لهذه الشبكة خلال فترة عملها الممتدة لـ 18 شهرًا تشمل:

  1. تحليل معمق لمشكلة الحرارة الحضرية وأثرها على المدن، بما في ذلك العوامل الكامنة وراء تراكم الحرارة واستراتيجيات التقليل منها.
  2. إيجاد منبر للمدن يتيح مشاركة الاستراتيجيات الفاعلة وأفضل الطرق والحلول الإبداعية لمكافحة الحرارة الحضرية وتعزيز مرونة المدن.
  3. تشجيع التعاون بين المدن المشاركة والخبراء والهيئات المعنية، ودعم تبادل المعلومات والخبرات في مواجهة تحديات الحرارة.
  4. دراسة وابتكار البنى التحتية الحضرية وأساليب التخطيط الحضري التي تتضمن الفضاءات الخضراء والأسطح الباردة والمواد العاكسة للحرارة وغيرها من الابتكارات للتخفيف من تأثيرات الحرارة في المناطق الحضرية.
  5. تقديم الأولوية لرفاهية السكان في المناطق الحضرية من خلال تطوير سبل للتقليل من المخاطر الصحية المرتبطة بالحرارة العالية وتحسين جودة الحياة العامة في المناطق الحضرية.
  6. بحث أنظمة السياسات ونماذج الحوكمة الداعمة لتضمين استراتيجيات التخفيف من الحرارة ضمن عمليات التخطيط والتنمية الحضرية.
  7. تزويد المدن المشاركة بالأدوات والمعرفة والموارد اللازمة لتنفيذ تدابير فعّالة للتقليل من الحرارة وتعزيز التنمية الحضرية المستدامة.
  8. إقامة آليات لمتابعة وقياس فعالية الاستراتيجيات المطبقة وتقاسم الأفكار المستندة إلى البيانات حول التقدم المحرز في معالجة مسألة الحرارة في المناطق الحضرية.
  9. تشجيع تطوير وتبني التقنيات والممارسات الجديدة التي تسهم في خلق بيئات حضرية أكثر صلابة وقدرة على مقاومة الحرارة.
  10. تفعيل الفرص للتواصل والتعلم المتبادل بين المدن التي تعاني من تحديات مماثلة، وتعزيز روح المجتمع والمسؤولية المشتركة.
