توالي اعتداءات المختلين عقليا على المواطنين يحاصر الوزيرة حيارة في البرلمان اليوم الاثنين
مازال ملف المختلين عقليا مطروحا للنقاش العمومي بالمغرب، بعد أن تصاعدت الأصوات المطالبة بضرورة تدخل الحكومة من أجل اٍيجاد حلول واقعية أمام تنامي وجود المختلين في كل حي وفي كل مدينة بشكل يخيف ويثير قلق المواطنين، سيما أن تصرف البعض منهم يصل الى درجة العدوانية.
ويعتزم برلمانيون الاثنين في جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية بمجلس النواب استفسار الوزيرة الاستقلالية عواطف المكلفة بقطاع التضامن والأسرة حول توالي انتشار هذه الظاهرة.
وفي وقت سابق نبه فريق التجمع الوطني للأحرار بمجلس النواب، إلى « نزيف الجرائم والاعتداءات الجسدية التي يتعرض لها المواطنون الأبرياء من طرف المختلين ».
واستفسر الحكومة التي يقودها عن التدابير التي ستتخذها من أجل وقف هذه الاعتداءات الجسدية التي يتعرض لها المواطنون بالشارع العام أو داخل مقرات سكناهم من طرف المرضى النفسانيين.
ويعد هذا الملف من بين المواضيع المهمة التي تطرح للنقاش في مناسبات عدة، وذلك بسبب توالي حدوث سلوكات عدوانية جنائية في حق المواطنين.
