ذكرت مصادر مسؤولة لموقع مراكش7، بأن المشهد السياسي على مستوى اٍقليم الحوز، قد يشهد سابقة في تاريخ تسيير الجماعات الترابية بالإقليم، وتعلق الأمر باٍستقالات محتملة في ثلاث مؤسسات دستورية.
وأضافت ذات المصادر التي رفضت الكشف عن هويتها و المؤسسات المنتخبة المعنية، بأن الأسباب الرئيسية الكامنة وراء هذا الاحتمال القريب من الواقع، جاءت نتيجة للمضايقات الكبيرة والمقصودة من أطراف من داخل المؤسسات المنتخبة المعنية التي يتعرض لها الرؤساء باٍستمرار، ونشر المغالطات في صفوف المواطنين، ومحاولة الضغط على اعضاء وتحريضهم على عدم التصويت على القرارات المتخذة لإفشال دور المسؤولين على هذه المؤسسات.
وأضافت ذات المصادر، أن أحد رؤساء الجماعات كان قد وضع استقالة مكتوبة لدى هيئة سياسية ينتمي لها، ويشرح فيها الأسباب التي دعته الى هذه الخطوة قبل أن يستقيل من مسؤوليته بالجماعة، غير أن تدخل سياسي جهوي أثنت الأخير على هذا القرار ووعدته بالتدخل لتسوية هذا الامر.
نفس الموضوع بالنسبة لمسؤولين في منطقتين مختلفتين، اٍذ تعرضا لكل أنواع المضايقات من قبل زملائهم داخل نفس الحزب الذي ينتمون اليه، وذلك بسبب خلاف قائم على التعويضات، وسندات الطلب، والصفقات وغيرها من المواضيع التي لها علاقة بالامتيازات والتفويضات، اٍذ ظهرت أطراف تطالب بعزل الرئيس وطرده من الحزب لعدم قبول طلباتهم المتزايدة ومن بينها الاستفادة من « بون المزوط. »
وترى مصادرنا الى أن جشع بعض الأطراف السياسية داخل هذه الجماعات، قد تؤخر استفادة مناطقهم من المشاريع التنموية، وتتسبب في وقف عجلة التنمية وتأخير استفادة السكان من خدمات القرب لاسيما في المناطق القروية النائية.
والى ذلك، ذكرت مصادرنا، بأن الجماعات الترابية، تبدل فيها جهود حثيثة بتنسيق مع مصالح السلطات الإقليمية ومختلف المجالس الترابية الإقليمية والجهوية لتحقيق تنمية محلية منشودة، غير أن هذه الممارسات قد تأتي بما لا يحمد عقباه.
