المغرب يقترض 34 مليار سنتيم لدعم الأدوية
كشف البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية في بلاغ أصدره، أنه سيدعم قطاع الأدوية الخاص في المغرب بقرض قيمته 380 مليون درهم (34,5 مليون أورو) لمجموعة Dislog الرائدة في مجال تصنيع وتوزيع السلع الاستهلاكية المتنوعة.
ويتكون هذا التسهيل المالي، من شريحتين، إذ سيتم استخدام 270 مليون درهم مغربي (24,5 مليون أورو) للاستحواذ على شركة “ستيريفارما”، وهي شركة تصنيع أدوية محلية توفر أدوية عامة متخصصة بأسعار معقولة كبديل للمنتجات الأصلية باهظة الثمن في علاج الأمراض المهددة للحياة.
أما بقية المبلغ، أي 10 ملايين أورو، فسوف تستخدم في تمويل تشييد مبنى صناعي جديد ومنصة لوجستية معتمدين بيئيا، بالإضافة إلى تركيب ألواح كهروضوئية. ومن المتوقع أن تولد الألواح الكهروضوئية الجديدة الطاقة لتشغيل المبنى وستساعد في تقليل انبعاثات ثاني أوكسيد الكربون.
وسيتم دعم هذه الشريحة بضمان من الاتحاد الأوروبي من خلال الصندوق الأوروبي للتنمية المستدامة، وذلك تماشيا مع هدف الشراكة الخضراء بين الاتحاد الأوروبي والمغرب.
ووفق ما جاء في البلاغ، سيمكن هذا الاستثمار مجموعة Dislog من التوسع في صناعة الأدوية واكتساب قيمة مضافة أعلى في سلاسل التوريد بالمغرب. وسيؤدي الاستحواذ على “ستيريفارما” إلى زيادة كفاءة المجموعة في الوصول إلى شبكة واسعة من منافذ التوزيع الصغيرة والمساعدة في زيادة الأرباح من قنوات التوزيع الحالية وسلاسل الخدمات اللوجستية.
ويصاحب القرض مشروع مساعدة فنية يموله الاتحاد الأوروبي عبر برنامج الصندوق الأوروبي للتنمية المستدامة لتطوير سياسات الموارد البشرية في المجموعة، من خلال تنفيذ خطة عمل جنسانية مخصصة. وسيساعد المشروع Dislog على تعزيز المساواة بين الجنسين والتقدم الوظيفي للعاملات، إلى جانب السياسات المتعلقة برعاية الأطفال ومنع العنف والتحرش القائم على النوع الاجتماعي.
وتحصل Dislog أيضا على منحة من برنامج FINTECC، الذي يساعد الشركات في الاقتصادات المشاركة في البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية على تنفيذ تقنيات مناخية مبتكرة. ويعد هذا البرنامج جزءا من نهج التحول إلى الاقتصاد الأخضر الذي يتبعه البنك الأوروبي لإعادة الإعمار والتنمية.
