يعيش سكان دواوير قروية تابعة لعمالة إقليم الحوز، وضعية مزرية، نتيجة انتشار كبير لمياه الصرف الصحي في الأزقة، وفي الحقول الفلاحية والوديان.
وخلق هذا الوضع الذي يصفه السكان بـ »الكارثي، » استياء عارما في صفوف سكان العالم القروي، رغم تحرك المجتمع المدني الذي سبق له ان دق ناقوس الخطر بسبب انتشار الامراض الناتجة عن تلوث المحيط البيئي.
وفي المقابل، تمكنت جمعيات محلية من انقاد دواوير قروية بفضل مبادرات بيئية، جاءت بشراكة مع السلطة أو منظمات غربية، تهدف اٍلى حماية المواطنين من تدعيات انتشار مياه الصرف الصحي. كما أن الجماعات الترابية في عدد من المناطق، لم تستطع ايجاد حلول لمشكل المياه العادمة، لما يتطلبه الأمر من اعتمادات مالية كبيرة لاتقدر المؤسسات المنتخبة على توفيرها.
لعنة المياه العادمة
أصبح سكان عدد من الدواوير القروية، تفكر في الهجرة نحو مدن الحوز، بسبب الوضع المزري الذي تعيشه نتيجة عدم ايجاد حلول واقعية لمشكل الصرف الصحي، اثر غياب مشاريع بنيوية تروم الحد من انتشار المياه العادمة التي سودت عيشة سكان عدد من القرى.
ويطمح سكان عدد من الدواوير القروية، في مختلف تراب اقليم الحوز، الى تحسين ظروف عيشهم، وينتظرون اخراج مشاريع مهمة، تروم تقوية البنية التحتية، غير أن الأمر بالنسبة إليهم، يبدوا مستحيلا أمام عجز المؤسسات المنتخبة على توفير اعتامادات مالية كافية، وغياب استراتيجية واضحة لإنهاء مشكل الصرف الصحي.

وكانت فعاليات مدنية في منطقة أوريكا، قد دعت السلطات الى فتح تحقيق عميق في قضية اٍصابة عدد من الأطفال بأمراض التهاؤ الكبد « أ، » وربطت انتشار المرض في صفوف الأطفال الى انتشار المياه العادمة، مشيرة الى تسرب مياه الصرف الصحي الى مياه الشروب، وهو الأمر الذي لم تكشف عنه الجهات المسؤولة الى اليوم، واعتبرت الأمر مجرد حالة طبيعية لا تستدعي الخوف.
وأشارت مصادرنا في تحقيق سبق لـ »مراكش الاخبارية » ان انجزته حول هذا الوضع، اٍلى أن الإصابة بالتهاب الكبد أ يكون مصدره في الغالب من الطعام أو الماء الملوث، أو من الاحتكاك المباشر مع شخص مصاب أو جسم ملوث، مشيرة في الوقت نفسه، أن حالات المصابة بالتهاب الكبد أ لا تحتاج إلى علاج. ويتعافى معظم الأشخاص المصابين بالعدوى تمامًا دون أن يتعرض الكبد إلى تلف دائم.
احداث محطات لمعالجة المياه العادمة
التمست جمعيات محلية في عدد من مناطق الحوز، من السلطات الإقليمية، التدخل لإحداث محطات لمعالجة المياه العادمة، بغية الحد من الخطر البيئي، ومواصلة مسلسل دعم المشاريع التي تهدف الى حماية المحيط البيئي والمواطنين من خطر المياه الملوثة.

مياه عادمة تنذر بكارثة بيئية
كارثة بيئية خطيرة تهدد المجاري المائية في عدد من مناطق اقليم الحوز، بسبب تسرب المياه العادمة إلى الوديان ، الأمر الذي ألحق أضرارا كبيرة في الحقول الطبيعية والفرشة المائية الباطنية.
وظلت الساكنة المحلية، تناشد المسؤوليين المحليين من أجل تدارك الأمر، لكن بدون جدوى.
وفي لقاء بمقر العمالة بمدينة تحناوت، أثارت فعاليات منتخبة هذا الموضوع، وردت عليها جهات اٍقليمية مسؤولة، بأن وزارة الداخلية ستعمل في غضون الأشهر القليلة المقبلة، على اعداد اتفاقية شراكة، وستوجهها للجماعات الترابية المعنية، قصد دعمها لحماية المجاري المائية من المياه العادمة المنتشرة، بناء على توصيات قمة المناخ « كوب22 « المنعقدة بمراكش دجنبر 2016.
وبدلت السلطات الاقليمية مجهودات جبارة من أجل انقاذ المحيط البيئي من مخلفات عصر الزيتون « المرجان، » وذلك بعد عقد اتفاقيات شراكة لانجاز مشاريع بيئية في هذا المجال.
ويأمل سكان العالم القروي الى بدل مزيد من الجهود من أجل تخليصهم من مياه الصرف الصحي، وخلق مشاريع تروح تحسين ظروف عيشهم.

dollar on Wednesday, as investors awaited more stimulus from the world’s second-largest economy and the Federal Reserve’s September meeting minutes due later in the day to gauge its policy path.
