الحفل الذي ترأسه عبد الرحمان وافا رئيس جماعة المشور القصبة مرفوقا بالسيد الباشا والسيدات والسادة أعضاء المكتب والاطر الإدارية للجماعة وفعاليات المجتمع المدني استهل بأداء النشيد الوطني وتخللته مجموعة من الفقرات الفنية من أداء مجموعة BOOMKECH كما أدى الاطفال المشاركون رفقة باقي الحضور قسم المسيرة حرصا على ترسيخ قيم الوطنية والانسانية في السلوك اليومي للتلميذات والتلاميذ وتحسيسهم بالبطولات والامجاد التي قام بها الأباء والأجداد..
وفي كلمة له بالمناسبة أكد عبد الرحمان وافا رئيس مجلس جماعة المشور القصبة أن هذا الاحتفال رفقة أطقال الجماعة جاء استحضارا للأهمية التي يكتسيها هذا الحدث البارز في تاريخ المغرب المعاصر مع ترسيخ القيم الوطنية للجيل الناشئ باعتباره جيل المستقبل، مذكرا بملحمة المسيرة الخضراء التي استطاعت أن تظهر للعالم بالحجة والبرهان مدى التلاحم الذي جسدته عبقرية ملك مجاهد وشهامة شعب أبي وتصميم كافة المغاربة من أقصى الشمال إلى أقصى الجنوب على استكمال استقلالهم وتحقيق وحدتهم الترابية، سلاحهم في ذلك يقينهم بعدالة قضيتهم وتجندهم وتعبئتهم للدفاع عن مقدساتهم الدينية والوطنية والذود عن كيانهم، تحدوهم الإرادة الحازمة لتحقيق وحدتهم التي عمل المستعمر بكل أساليبه على النيل منها إلى أن عاد عن غيه، ورجع الحق لأصحابه.
واعتبر السيد رئيس جماعة المشور القصبة أن هذه الملحمة الغراء دليل على عبقرية صانعها ومبدعها المغفور له جلالة الملك الحسن الثاني طيب الله ثراه، لما تحمله من دلالات ودروس وعبر، فهي لم ولن تكون مجرد حركة أو مهمة عابرة ولكنه حدث مستمر ومتجدد، ورسالة يقرأها شبابنا على مدى الأزمنة ليستفيدوا منها، وليستشفوا دلالاتها العميقة المرتبطة بالسعي المستمر في التنمية والبناء والتشييد، والدفاع عن البلاد وعن مقوماتها وقيمها وثوابتها الدينية والوطنية، وهو ما يحتاج من المغاربة استمرار الارتباط بالمسيرة وفكرها وأهدافها البعيدة، واستمرار تشبثهم بوحدتهم الوطنية وارتباطهم بالعرش العلوي المجيد، وقيمهم الأصيلة.
كما أكد على أن لحظة الاحتفال بهذه الذكرى الغالية لنجدد لجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله العهد على أننا سنظل أوفياء للسير وراء خطو جلالته في سعيه نحو إقامة صرح الوطن وبناء مجده، فاعتزازنا يبلغ مداه وغايته بسياسة جلالته الرشيدة، فيما يتخذه من مبادرات شجاعة وموزونة، ومواقف حاسمة حازمة، كلما تعلق الأمر بثوابت الأمة ومقدساتها.
