وزيرة التعمير : هناك ضغط « لوبيات » بقطاع التعمير.. وأحياء الصفيح تعود إلى المدن

خلال تعقيبها على تفاعل المستشارين بجلسة الأسئلة الشفهية بالبرلمان ليومه الثلاثاء فاتح فبراير الجاري قدمت وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري، موقفها بخصوص انتشار أحياء الصفيح وعودتها بالمدن.
وقالت المتحدثة أن هناك 59 مدينة تم الإعلان عنها كمدن بدون صفيح من أصل 85 مدينة، معقبة على ذلك بقولها: » لكن مانجيش ونكدب عليكم هناك مدن لي رجع فيها الصفيح » مُّعبرة عن أسفها لذلك، مفسرة عودة أحياء الصفيح بأن قطاع إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة (قطاع) معقد على حد قولها لأن مختلف الوزارات يمكن أن تحدد مجال اشتغالها بكل دقيق، لكن وزارة التعمير تشتغل على مستوى مجموعة من الواجهات.
وفي سياق حديثها عن الاشكالات التى يعرفها القطاع قالت المنصوري: « يظهر لي أن التجربة المحلية لي خضتها على المستوى المحلي نفعاتني بزاف في هذه الوزارة وأنا معتزة بتقة المواطنين »
وأضافت الوزيرة السالفة الذكر: « يجب أن نتوفر على الجرأة في معالجة المشاكل التى تهدد القطاع، معبرة عن إلتزامها بفتح ورش إعادة النظر في النصوص القانونية التى لم تعد تتماشي مع الواقع ، موجهة في الآن ذاته طلبها للمستشارين أغلبية ومعارضة بتقديم يد المساعدة بعيدا عن المنطق السياسي لتجاوز الاشكالات التى يعرفها قطاع التعمير ومواجهة ضغط « لوبيات » العقار وفق تعبيرها.
