وقد أفرزت صناديق اقتراع الدائرة الانتخابية لمقاطعة سيدي يوسف بن علي عن تصدر حزب الأصالة والمعاصرة بمجموع أصوات بلغت 4208، يليه حزب الحركة الشعبية، الذي تحصل على 2334 صوت، فيما حزب التجمع الوطني للأحرار حل ثالثا بمجموع 2105 صوت.
ومكنت هذه النتائج حزب البام من الظفر بثمان مقاعد، يليه حزب الحصان، حيث تحصل على خمس مقاعد بمعية حزب الحمامة، الذي ظفر بنفس العدد، وذلك من أصل 37 مقعدا، فيما باقي المقاعد وزعت بين الأحزاب الأخرى.
