وأخيرا…هذه أهم مواصفات السوق المركزي جليز


بعد الجدل الذي خلقه إدراج المجلس الجماعي لمدينة مراكش خلال دورة فبراير الماضية   نقطة إلغاء مشروع مقرر ” الجماعة المتخذ منذ خمس سنوات، والمتعلق بالمصادقة على إحداث المرفق العمومي الجماعي المتعلق بـ “السوق المركزي جليز”، والذي تمت المصادق عليه تحديدا سنة 2017، حيث تم تخصيص بقعة أرضية خلف بناية بريد المغرب لفك الإشكالات التى يعيشها تجار سوق الورد.

تفاعلت فاطمة الزهراء المنصوري مع النقطة المدرجة في جدول الأعمال، حيث قالت أن الغرض من إلغاء المقرر هو إعادة بناء تصور جديد للسوق، كون التصور الذي طرحه المجلس السابق غير منسجم مع الطبيعة العمرانية للحي المذكور.

يشار أن مقترح المجلس السابق كان يروم بناء عمارة من خمسة طوابق تخصص لتجار السوق، وهو ما عقبت عليه المنصوري بقولها أنه لا يمكن أن نضع ذلك البناء وسط المنطقة المعلومة ونخصصه لأنواع من التجارة التى تنبني على فلسفة معينة تقوم على الطابع الإنساني والذي يحتاج فيه الزبون لفضاء مفتوح في شكل دائري.

كما أوصحت المتحدثة أن السوق يجب أن ينهل من الثقافة المراكشية والطابع العمرني للمدينة، مؤكدة أن المجلس يرغب في أن يجعل من السوق معلمة معمارية على غرار محطة القطار، واستحضرت في سياق حديثها عن الأسواق المركزية الكبرى العالمية كسوق برشلونية بدولة إسبانية.

وأكدت المسؤولة أن الغاية كذلك هي جعل السوق المركزي جليز قبلة لزوار المدينة والسياح من مختلف أقطار العالم، مشددة على أن الأمر لايزال قيد الدراسة والمشاورات لان منطقة تواجد البقعة المخصصة جد حساسة ومحددة في حركية المدينة لأنها قد تعرقل حركية السير والجولان بمنطقة جليز.
