أفادت مصادر محلية لمراكش7، أن السلطات المحلية بتسلطانت، داهمت قليل لحظات بتنسيق مع رجال الدرك الملكي، مقهى شعبي في ملكية أحد المستشارين الجماعيين.
وأسفرت عملية المداهمة التي تمت على اثر تنفيذ اجراءات حالة الطوارئ لمكافحة فيروس كورونا، عن إيقاف عدد من الأشخاص، وسيتم التحقيق معهم قبل إحالتهم على النيابة العامة المختصة بمراكش.
ومن المنتظر ان يواجه مخالفو قرار حظر التنقل الليلي خلال ليالي رمضان، مجموعة من التهم المنصوص عليها بموجب القانون الجنائي المغربي، حيث ينص الفصل 308 من القانون الجنائي، على أنه “كل من قاوم تنفيذ أشغال أمرت بها السلطة العامة أو صرحت بها، يعاقب بالحبس من شهرين إلى سنة أشهر، أو بغرامة لا تقل عن مائة وعشرين درهما ولا تتجاوز ربع مبلغ التعويضات”.
ويضيف الفصل ذاته، أن الأشخاص الذين يتعرضون على تنفيذ هذه الأشغال بواسطة التجمهر أو التهديد أو العنف يعاقبون بالحبس من ثلاثة أشهر إلى سنتين وبالغرامة المشار إليها في الفقرة السابقة.
