ونشأ شادي شمالي في لبنان حيث بدأ حياته المهنية عام 2003 في فندق إنتركونتيننتال بيروت، ثم تولى على التوالي مناصب مختلفة من المسؤولية ضمن مجموعات مشهورة في الولايات المتحدة والمملكة العربية السعودية وأمريكا اللاتينية وأخيراً في آسيا.
