كيف أمنع جفاف بشرتي في فصل الشتاء؟


بمجرد انخفاض درجات الحرارة، تقل حماية الجلد. ويصبح هشًا وجافا بسبب فرق الحرارة الكبير الدافئ في الداخل والبارد في الخارج. فكيف يمكن العناية بالبشرة الجافة في فصل الشتاء؟ ولماذا يصبح الجلد جافا بالرغم من الكريمات المرطبة؟
البرد الشديد يؤثر على نعومة الجلد وسلامته، حيث تتوقف الغدد الدهنية عن العمل ولا تنتج الدهون الكافية للحفاظ على نضارة البشرة، لذلك يصبح استخدام الكريمات التي تحتوي الكثير من الدهون أمرا مهما للحفاظ على رطوبة الجلد وتجنب جفاف البشرة.
وبالرغم من استخدامنا للكريمات المرطبة، بيد أن الكثير لا يعلمون أن الاستخدام الخاطئ لهذه الكريمات المرطبة هو سبب مباشر لجفاف البشرة، بدلا من الحفاظ على سلامتها. فمن المهم تهيئة البشرة والتأكد من نظافة الجلد قبل وضع الكريمات التي قد تصبح مسؤولة عن جفاف الجلد وتهيجه.

مستحضرات التجميل وجفاف الجلد

في مقابلة مع موقع « فت فور فن » الألماني المتخصص بأمور التغذية والصحة العامة، يشدد طبيب الأمراض الجلدية رولف هوفمان ضرورة على عدم الخلط بين مستحضرات التجميل والكريمات المرطبة، كما تفعل العديد من النساء. ويتابع الطبيب الذي يعمل في فرايبورغ: « أعتقد أن وضع بعض النساء لمستحضرات التجميل لا لزوم له قبل التمرينات الرياضية مثلا ». ويوضح « إذا وضعت كريم نهاري ومكياج فوقه في الصباح قبل التمرين، ستصاب البشرة بالبثور بسهولة. ومع تعرق الجلد سيواجه صعوبة في التنفس وسيتهيج ».

لذلك يوجه الطبيب نصيحة لمن يواجهن مشاكل في تهيج الجلد من النساء، لا سيما في فترة الشتاء بأن « يجربن ممارسة الرياضة تمامًا بدون أي مستحضرات تجميل، وفي حالة الذهاب في فترات المساء بعد العمل، يحرصن على إزالة المكياج بشكل جيد قبل ممارسة التمرينات ».

كريمات ترطيب البشرة وتهيج الجلد

يؤكد أطباء الأمراض دائما على ضرورة ترطيب البشرة بشكل مستمر في الشتاء، لكن من المهم أيضا تجنب المواد العطرية والحافظة والتي قد تسبب تهيجا للجلد. لذلك ينصح الموقع الألماني بتجربة الكريمات قبل شرائها والانتباه لمكوناتها، وتجنب العبوات القديمة منتهية الصلاحية وذلك خوفا من احمرار الجلد وتهيجه.

الاستحمام وجفاف البشرة

قد يكون من المهم لأصحاب البشرة الجافة الانتباه أيضا لعدم تعرضهم الطويل للماءـ حيث مع انخفاض إنتاج الجسم للدهون، ستصبح البشرة أكثر جفافا. لذلك قد يكون من الأفضل اللجوء لفترات الاستحمام القصيرة، وعدم التعرض للماء الساخن، بل اختيار درجات حرارة للماء أقرب إلى البرودة من أجل الحفاظ على نضارة الجلد ومنعه من الجفاف.

أما النصيحة الأخيرة التي يوردها الخبراء لأصحاب البشرة الجافة، فهي استخدام مواد رفيقة بالجلد لدى إزالة المكياج وتجنب المواد التي تحتوي على كحول، لأن ذلك يسبب تهيج البشرة واحمرارها.
