فرار « بيدوفيل » كويتي يتسبب في التأجيل 16 لمحاكمته بمراكش
قررت الغرفة الجنحية الابتدائية بمحكمة الاستئناف بمراكش أمس الثلاثاء، تأجيل البث في قضية « البيدوفيل » الكويتي المتهم باغتصاب طفلة قاصر إلى غاية 25 يناير القادم.
وجاء قرار التأجيل إلى حين حضور المتهم الكويتي، حيث تم توجيه استدعاء له في مرات عديدة عن طريق السفارة الكويتية بالمغرب، لكنه تغيب عن 16 جلسة، رغم تقديم السفارة لضمانات لإحضاره.
وأبدت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الانسان فرع المنارة مراكش امتعاضها لعدم تجاوب السفارة الكويتية مع مطالب المحكمة بإحضار المتهم، واستمرار تقاعس وزارة العدل المغربية في المطالبة بتفعيل الاتفاقية الثنائية بتسليم المجرمين او الاتفاقيات الدولية في هذا الشأن، وخاصة البرتوكول الاختيار الملحق باتفاقية حقوق الطفل، والذي يبيح عملية التسليم او المحاكمة، إضافة إلى تقاعس وزارة العدل في تحريك مسطرة المتابعة في حق المواطن الكويتي عن طريق انتربول، حيث هددت باللجوء إلى الآليات و الهيئات الأممية التعاقدية وغير التعاقدية الخاصة بحقوق الطفل وحمايته من الاستغلال الجنسي.
ويشار ان الواقعة تعود فصولها إلى شهر يوليوز من سنة 2019، حينما تعرف « البيدوفيل » الكويتي على طفلة لا يتجاوز عمرها 15 سنة، حيث التقى بها لتصاحبه إلى شقة يكتريها بمنطقة النخيل، حيث أقدم هناك على اغتصابها بالقوة حسب ما جاء على لسان الضحية، ما دفع والديها لتقديم شكاية لوكيل الملك بمحكمة الاستئناف بتاريخ 11 دجنبر الماضي، ليتم اعتقال المتهم في ذات اليوم، حيث أحيل على قاضي التحقيق الذي أمر بوضعه رهن الاعتقال الاحتياطي ومتابعته في حالة اعتقال، قبل أن يتابع بتاريخ 28 يناير في حالة سراح مؤقت، وهو ما استغله ليلوذ بالفرار إلى بلاده، الشيء الذي أثار ضجة واسعة بمراكش.
