فدرالية النقل السياحي بالمغرب تدق ناقوس الخطر إزاء التطبيقات والمنصات العالمية الخاصة ببيع الخدمات السياحية

نبهت الفدرالية الوطنية للنقل السياحي بالمغرب إلى الوضع « الشاذ وغير المعقول »، الذي أضحى يعيشه قطاع النقل السياحي بفعل انتشار تطبيقات ومنصات عالمية تعرض خدمات بأسعار منخفضة جدا، في انتهاك واضح القوانين المنظمة للمهنة.
وأكدت الفدرالية، في بلاغ توصلت جريدة « مراكش الإخبارية » بنسخة منه، أن هذا الوضع يساهم في انتعاش السوق غير المهيكل وفتح الباب أمام المتطاولين على قطاع ينظمه القانون، وهو ما أصبح ملحوظا على أرض الواقع من خلال تنامي ظاهرة النقل السري التي بات أصحابها يحتلون المراتب الأولى من حيث حجم المبيعات.
واستفسرت الفدرالية عن الأرباح التي يجنيها هؤلاء المتطفلون عن المهنة، بالنظر أن الأسعار المقترحة لا يمكن أن تغطي قيمة الضريبة المضافة التي يجب أن يؤديها قطاع النقل السياحي عن كل خدمة، أو حتى سعر المحروقات اللازمة لإكمال الرحلة، ناهيك عن الضرر البالغ الذي يلحقه بالشركات المهيكلة والحاصلة على التراخيص القانونية، مما يهدد استمراريتها واستقرار مناصب الشغل فيها.
ودعت الفدرالية المؤسسات الوطنية والقطاعات الوزارية ذات الصلة، إلى التدخل العاجل لفرض شرط احترام القانون من طرف هذه التطبيقات والمنصات، واتخاذ السبل القانونية في حقها أمام مؤسسات الحكامة والتقاضي الدولية، مطالبة بتشديد المراقبة في الطرق والسدود القضائية والأمنية، والضرب بيد من حديد على كل من سولت له نفسه تجاوز القانون وممارسة مهنة ينظمها القانون دون حصوله على التراخيص اللازمة.
كما التمست الفدرالية من وزارتي السياحة والنقل تنظيم يوم دراسي للخروج بحلول عملية وتطبيقية تشجع على الرقمنة، وتوفير بدائل وطنية قادرة على منافسة هذه المنصات وضامنة لاحترام القوانين الوطنية.
