احتضن مقر الولاية بداية الأسبوع الجاري سلسلة متوالية من الاجتماعات أشرفت عليها وزيرة إعداد التراب الوطني والتعمير والإسكان وسياسة المدينة رئيسة المجلس الجماعي لمراكش إلى جانب السيد والي جهة مراكش آسفي، ورئيس مجلس جهة مراكش آسفي.
و حضر هذه اللقاءات كل من الكاتب العام لعمالة مراكش والكاتب العام للشؤون الجهوية ونائب رئيسة مجلس جماعة مراكش المكلف بقطاع التعمير والمدير العام للمصالح بالجهة ومديرالمركز الجهوي للٱستثمار والمديرة الجهوية للإسكان و سياسة المدينة ومدير الوكالة الحضرية والمدير العام لشركة العمران مراكش آسفي والمدير الجهوي لأملاك الدولة والمدير الجهوي للتجهيز والنقل، والكاتب العام لوكالة الحوض المائي و مدير شركة التنمية المحلية « باص سيتي متجددة » وكذا رؤساء الأقسام والمصالح بكل من ولاية الجهة وجماعة مراكش و المصالح اللاممركزة المعنية.
وقد تضمن جدول أعمال هذه الاجتماعات دراسة مجموعة من الملفات المرتبطة ببعض البرامج والمشاريع القطاعية ذات الطابع الاستراتيجي همت محاور الماء، الطرق والنقل الحضري ثم محور الإسكان والتعمير والٱستثمار.
خصص الاجتماع الأول لمحور الماء بتقديم عرض تناول الوضعية المائية بالجهة وحصيلة الجهود المبذولة لتجاوزها وعلى الخصوص المشاريع الٱستعجالية والمهيكلة التي تضمنتها الٱتفاقية الموقعة بتاريخ 15 دجنبر 2021 الخاصة بجهة مراكش آسفي، كما تم تدارس المحور الثاني المتعلق بمحور الطرق والنقل والتنقل . في مجال الطرق تم عرض و مناقشة المشاريع المقترحة في إطار عقد البرنامج الخاص بمخطط التنمية الجهوية.
وفي مجال النقل العمومي تمت مناقشة خارطة طريق شركة التنمية المحلية « باص سيتي متجددة » استعدادا لعرضها للدراسة والمصادقة على أنظار مجلس مجموعة الجماعات الترابية، وكذا مختلف التدابير التحضيرية.
أما في مجال التنقل فقد تم تقديم مشروع البرنامج الثاني للمشاريع ذات الأولوية المندرجة في إطار تفعيل مقتضيات مخطط التنقلات الحضرية بمدينة مراكش.
وفيما يتعلق بالاجتماع الثالث المخصص لمحور الإسكان و التعمير والاستثمار فقد تم الاطلاع في الشق الأول على مستوى تقدم إنجاز العمليات المبرمجة داخل الاتفاقيات الخاصة سواء ببرنامج مدن بدون صفيح أو برنامج معالجة الدور الآيلة للسقوط، وكذا التدابير المزمع اتخاذها لتسريع وتيرة الإنجاز وضمان فعالية مختلف التدخلات.
و في مجال التعمير و الاستثمار تم الاطلاع على حصيلة معالجة ملفات طلبات الترخيص لمشاريع الاستثمار المقدمة من طرف مختلف الفاعلين الاقتصاديين و تقديم حصيلة تقدم إنجاز المشاريع وفق التصاميم التقويمية لبعض المناطق داخل المجال الترابي لمدينة مراكش ومناقشة بعض مشاريع الاستثمار المقدمة من طرف المركز الجهوي الاستثمار.
وقبل ٱختتام هذه السلسلة من الٱجتماعات تم التنويه بمقاربة اللقاءات الدورية كآلية فعالة للتنسيق والتقائية البرامج والتدخلات مع حث مديري المصالح على تكثيف الجهود لتسريع وثيرة إنجاز المشاريع والبرامج بهدف خدمة التنمية والاستجابة لطموحات الساكنة.
