أعلنت الجمعية المغربية للهندسة السياحية (SMIT) عن عرض أصول فندق « سميراميس » بمراكش المملوكة لشركة « مضايف »، التابعة لصندوق الإيداع والتدبير، للبيع.
ويقع فندق « سميراميس » المصنف (3 نجوم) في شارع عبد الكريم الخطابي في المدينة الحمراء، وقد استحوذت عليه مجموعة « كنزي » بعقد من أجل التسيير الحر سنة 2000، بعدما كان في ملكية بنك القرض العقاري والسياحي (CIH)، وهو يحتوي على 180 سريرا وجناحا، ويمتد على مساحة 4 هكتارات.
وحسب تقارير إعلامية فإن شركة « مضايف » تسعى من خلال بيع هذه المنشأة إلى إعادة هيكلة محفظتها الفندقية على المستوى الوطني، تماشيا مع المبادئ التوجيهية لخارطة الطريق الاستراتيجية الجديدة للسياحة التي دعت إلى توحيد العرض الفندقي الحالي، لا سيما من خلال الاستحواذ على الأصول الفندقية المغلقة أو المتعثرة، وتطويرها وإضفاء الطابع المهني على إدارتها بهدف إعادة إدخالها في النظام الإنتاجي وبالتالي تعزيز القدرة التنافسية للقطاع.
