وجه النائب البرلماني عبد اللطيف الزعيم سؤالا كتابيا إلى وزيرة الاقتصاد والمالية ،حول معاناة المواطنين في الحصول على شهادات رفع اليد من الابناك .
وقال الزعيم في معرض مراسلته « تعد شهادة رفع اليد من الوثائق الأساسية التي يحتاجها المواطنون المغاربة بعد تسديد القروض العقارية لتحرير ممتلكاتهم من الضمانات البنكية، إلا أن العديد من المواطنين يعانون من عراقيل وتعقيدات إدارية في الحصول على هذه الشهادة من المؤسسات البنكية، مما يتسبب في تأخير تسجيل ممتلكاتهم وتحملهم لرسوم إضافية تثقل كاهلهم »
وأضاف عبد اللطيف الزعيم ،انه بالرغم من تعليمات بنك المغرب الصارمة التي تفرض على الأبناك تسليم هذه الشهادات بمجرد انتهاء سداد القروض، يواجه المواطنون صعوبات وتعثرات وتكاليف غير مبررة.
وعليه يسائل النائب البرلماني الزعيم عن الإجراءات التي تعتزم وزارة الاقتصاد والمالية اتخاذها لتبسيط وتسريع عملية الحصول على شهادة رفع اليد، وضمان احترام الأبناك لحقوق المواطنين في هذا السياق؟
وهل سيتم النظر في مراجعة الرسوم المترتبة عن هذه الخدمة للحد من الأعباء المالية التي تثقل كاهل المواطنين؟.
