ظهور عيوب في شقق سكنية حديثة التسليم بالسعادة يغضب الساكنة

يشتكي العديد من سكان إقامة النخيل، التابعة لشركة فضاءات السعادة للسكن الاقتصادي، والكائنة بحي السعادة بتراب مقاطعة جليز، من العيوب التي ظهرت على شققهم بعد سنوات قليلة من تسلمها.
وحسب ما توصل به موقع « مراكش7 » من معطيات، فقد اشتكت الساكنة من ظهور تسربات في أنابيب مياه الشرب والمياه العادمة، مع ظهور انشقاقات في الجدران، وكذا في الأرضية، حيث باتت تعيش على وقع الهلع والخوف من وقوع الكارثة، بفعل الإعطاب التي ظهرت خلال الأسابيع القليلة الماضية.
وأضافت الساكنة، أن العديد من ضحايا المشروع المذكور، التي تم تسليمه للزبناء قبل أقل من سنتين، قد تقدموا بعديد الشكايات المكتوبة وكذا الشفهية للقائمين على الشركة بمدينة الدار البيضاء، لكنها تقابل بالتجاهل، وهو ما دفعهم للتهديد بتقديم شكاية لوالي الجهة من اجل التدخل للحد من معاناتهم.
وقد ربط الموقع الاتصال بالشركة المعنية، قصد اخذ توضيح منها بخصوص المشكل القائم، بيد أن الهاتف ظل يرن دون إجابة، كما تم ترك رسالة نصية في انتظار التوصل بالإجابة.
