توقيع اتفاقية لتبادل الخبرات بين محكمة النقض ومديرية الأمن الوطني

جرى صباح اليوم الأربعاء بمقر المجلس الأعلى للسلطة القضائية بمدينة الرباط، التوقيع على اتفاقية ثنائية بين محكمة النقض والمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، تهم تعزيز التعاون والشراكة في الميادين العلمية وتبادل الخبرات في المجالات ذات الاهتمام المشترك بين الطرفين.
وتهدف هذه الاتفاقية إلى وضع أسس مقاربة تشاركية لتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الفضلى في مجال تدبير المنازعات الإدارية، إلى جانب بلورة برامج عمل مشتركة في مجال التعاون والتواصل العلمي وتعزيز الكفاءات، والتنسيق في مجالات نشر الاجتهاد القضائي وتبادل الإصدارات والمنشورات الورقية والإلكترونية الصادرة عن الطرفين، فضلا عن تنظيم ورشات عمل وملتقيات علمية ودورات للتكوين في المجالات القانونية والقضائية والمهنية ذات الصلة بتدبير ومعالجة ملفات المنازعات الإدارية.
ويندرج توقيع هذه الاتفاقية الإطار في سياق تنزيل مضامين برنامج الشراكة المؤسساتية بين المديرية العامة للأمن الوطني ومحكمة النقض، وهي الشراكة التي تتضمن مجموعة من مجالات التعاون الثنائي، والتي يبقى من أبرزها مواكبة وتوطيد استراتيجية للتكوين وتبادل الخبرات والممارسات الفضلى في مختلف مجالات العمل الإداري والقضائي، بما يضمن تعزيز سيادة القانون وحماية مصالح الموظفين، وترسيخ الحكامة في المرفق العام.
