نددت المنظمة المغربية لحقوق الإنسان ومحاربة الفساد بالوضع الكارثي للمقطع الطرقي الرابط بين « اريغ نتهالة » ودوار « تزي نتكيضا » التابعين للنفوذ الترابي لجماعة تيزغران في إقليم تزنيت.
وأوضحت المنظمة الحقوقية أن هذا المقطع الطرقي يعتبر الشريان الوحيد بين الدواوير في الجماعة المذكورة، بحيث عبرت الساكنة عن امتعاضها لرداءة الأشغال التي انتهت به حديثا وظلت كحل ترقيعي لم يفي بالمطلوب.
