تماس كهربائي يفضح اختلالات برنامج الحاضرة المتجددة

وباتت الوضعية الحالية لاشغال الحاضرة المتجددة التي تشوبها عدة اختلالات تقتضي من الجهات المسؤولة في مقدمتها والي الجهة بالتدخل العاجل، قصد الوقوف عند التجاوزات التي تسببت في عرقلة الاشغال، والتي تسيء إلى صورة المدينة أمام الوافدين عليها.
وكانت الجمعية المغربية لحقوق الانسان فرع مراكش المنارة قد أصدرت بيانا، جددت من خلاله تساؤلاتها حول الأسباب وراء تعثر الأشغال، حيث طالبت بفتح تحقيق حول ذلك، وترتيب الجزاءات والآثار القانونية عن كل تجاوز للقانون أو فساد أو شبهة تبدير اوسوء تسيير مهما كان طبيعته ومصدره، وايا كانت الجهة سواء مؤسسة عمومية أو مقاولة، وكذا محاسبة ومساءلة المسؤولين عن تعثر البرامج وإخفاقها في تحقيق غاياتها المتعلقة بالارتقاء بالمدينة والمساهمة في تنميتها، مع دعوة الجهات المسؤولة والمؤسسات المشرفة على كل المشاريع والبرامج بإعمال قواعد الشفافية والحق في المعلومة، واحترام القوانين وخاصة الآجال المخصصة لتنفيذ كل برنامج.
