ويهدف هذا اللقاء إلى تقديم وضعية الولوج إلى الماء والنظافة والتطهير في المدارس القروية على مستوى جهة مراكش- آسفي، مع تسليط الضوء على حصيلة الإنجازات المحققة في إطار برنامج الولوج إلى الماء والتطهير في المدارس.
كما يروم نشر المنهجية والأدوات التي تم تطويرها في إطار هذا البرنامج، وإلى تعبئة الفاعلين الحاضرين لتلبية الاحتياجات المتبقية في ما يتعلق بالولوج إلى الماء والنظافة والتطهير في مدارس جهة مراكش آسفي.
وشكلت هذه الورشة أيضا مناسبة للفاعلين الحاضرين من أجل تقاسم نفس الرؤية حول الاحتياجات المرتبطة بالولوج إلى الماء والنظافة والتطهير في الوسط المدرسي، واستعمال الأدوات التي تم تطويرها في إطار برنامج الولوج إلى الماء والتطهير في المدارس، لنشرها واستخدامها في أنشطتهم مع التلاميذ والمدرسين، والتعبئة من أجل تحسين ظروف الماء والتطهير والنظافة في الوسط المدرسي لتأهيل المدارس في الجهة في أفق سنة 2030.
وفي كلمة بمناسبة افتتاح أشغال هذه الورشة قال مديرالأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش أسفي أحمد كريمي إن هذا الحدث ينعقد في سياق يتميز على المستوى الوطني بندرة الموارد المائية بسبب قلة التساقطات، وهو الأمر الذي يتطلب المزيد من جهود التحسيس داخل المؤسسات المدرسية من أجل ترشيد استعمال الماء.
وأضاف أن الشراكة مع هذه المنظمة الفرنسية غير الحكومية استفادت منها 38 مدرسة في الوسط القروي بجهة مراكش-آسفي، مشيرا إلى أن تنفيذ برنامج الولوج إلى الماء والتطهير في المدارس يعتمد على تعبئة قوية للفاعلين المحليين، بما في ذلك السلطات المحلية، وممثلي المصالح اللامركزية للتعليم، والمجتمع المدني والمدرسين والتلاميذ.
من جهته، أشار منسق المنظمة غير الحكومية الفرنسية “(Le Partenaire) “الشريك” وفرعها المغربي “تضامن وشراكة فرنسا/المغرب” التي يوجد مقرها في مدينة آسفي، السيد رونان بريان، إلى أنه خلال السنوات الثلاث الماضية، عملت هذه المنظمة غير الحكومية في تعاون وثيق مع الأكاديمية الجهوية للتربية والتكوين مراكش آسفي بهدف تحسين ظروف التعليم لتلاميذ المناطق القروية.
وأبرز أن هذه الجمعية قد تدخلت في سبعة أقاليم بالجهة، وساهمت في تأهيل 40 مدرسة، من خلال مقاربة تشاركية تشرك جميع الفاعلين وتسمح في نفس الوقت بتشييد بنيات تحتية وتحسيس التلاميذ وتكوين المدرسين وتعبئة جمعيات آباء التلاميذ.
وأبرز أن ورشة العمل هذه تهدف إلى التفكير في ما يتعين فعله في المستقبل لتعزيز الدينامية التي ستطلقها المنظمة غير الحكومية وشركاؤها، لا سيما في سياق الوضع الحالي الذي يتسم بندرة التساقطات المطرية بالمغرب، مذكرا بأن هذا المصدر الحيوي يصير نادرا و “نحن مدعوون لتعليم الجميع كيفية تدبيره وترشيد استخدامه”.
وإلى جانب العروض الذي تم تقديمها حول برنامج الولوج إلى الماء والتطهير في المدارس، تميز هذا اللقاء بتقديم شهادات من طرف عدد كبير من الفاعلين (مدراء ومدرسين وممثلين عن جمعيات شريكة ومديريات إقليمية) حول وضعية الولوج إلى الماء في المدارس، وعواقب الهدر المدرسي، وحول فوائد وتحديات مشاريع الولوج إلى الماء في الوسط المدرسي.
ويهدف برنامج الولوج إلى الماء والتطهير في المدارس إلى دعم الفاعلين المحليين في تنفيذ استراتيجيات إقليمية لتحسين ظروف التمدرس من خلال توفير التجهيزات الأساسية المعدات الأساسية (إمدادات الماء، والصنابير، والمراحيض، والأسوار…)، والتكوين وتحسيس المدرسين والتلاميذ والجمعيات بالممارسات الجيدة في مجال الماء والنظافة والتطهير.
ويشمل هذا البرنامج الذي تم تنفيذه منذ 2012، جهة مراكش آسفي بأكملها. ومكن من مواكبة 53 مدرسة في الجهة، 38 منها تم تأهيلها كليا في ما يرتبط بالماء والتطهير والنظافة، فضلا عن تطوير آليات منهجية لمواكبة الجماعات المحلية.
