بركات يطالب لفتيت بتفعيل صندوق الكوارث لدعم المتضررين من التقلبات المناخية بالمناطق النائية
طالب النائب البرلماني عادل بركات عن فريق الأصالة والمعاصرة، خلال جلسة الأسئلة الشفوية الأسبوعية المنعقدة في هاته الأثناء بمجلس المستشارين، بضرورة تفعيل صندوق الكوارث الطبيعية، وذلك من أجل دعم المتضررين من التقلبات المناخية خاصة بالمناطق النائية.
وفي هذا الصدد، قال بركات على أن المغرب مقبل على فصل الشتاء الذي قد تتساقط خلاله الثلوج، وهو ما قد يتسبب في قطع الطرقات خاصة بالمناطق النائية، مما قد يتسبب في أضرار وخسائر كثيرة لساكنة هاته الأماكن، وبالتالي على الدولة تعويض هاته الفئة عن الأضرار التي لحقتها جراء التقلبات المناخية.
وفي نفس السياق، طالب عادل بركات بضرورة تدخل وزارة التجهيز والنقل واللوجستيك بضرورة توفير كافة الآليات اللازمة لفك العزلة عن المناطق النائية المتضررة من التقلبات المناخية، دون ترك هاته المسؤولية على عاتق مصالح وزارة الداخلية.
ومن جانب آخر، شدد بركات على ضرورة التسريع من وتيرة إنجاز مجموعة من المشاريع التي تشهدها المناطق البعيدة، وخاصة القناطر، وذلك حتى لا يتم عزل هاته الأماكن في حالة تساقط الأمطار والثلوج خلال الموسم المقبل.
