انطلاق أشغال الجمع العام الاستثنائي للهيئة الوطنية للعدول بمراكش
عرفت القاعة الكبرى للمركب الاجتماعي لوزارة العدل بمراكش، صباح اليوم الجمعة 19 نونبر، انطلاق أشغال الجمع العام الاستثنائي للهيئة الوطنية للعدول، التي تنعقد بدعوة من رئيس الهيئة الوطنية للعدول، في إطار تفعيل دورها كأعلى جهاز تقريري للهيئة، وهو ما سيمكن أعضاءها الذين يتشكلون من مكاتب المجالس الجهوية للعدول من الانكباب على أهم الملفات المهنية الراهنة والتقرير بشأنها، ومناقشة أهم القضايا التي تعتبر قضايا مجتمعية أساسية لما لها من ارتباط وثيق بالأمن التوثيقي للمواطنات والمواطنين وحماية حقوقهم ومصالحهم، وتسطير التوجهات العامة للهيئة.
وينعقد هذا الجمع العام الاستثنائي، المنظم على مدى يومي الجمعة والسبت، تحت شعار « تحديث مهنة التوثيق العدلي ضرورة مجتمعية وملائمة دستورية »، وشمل جدول الأعمال عرضا لرئيس الهيئة الوطنية للعدول، و عرضا لرئيس لجنة الشؤون العلمية والقانونية.
هذا وسينعقد اجتماع لرؤساء اللجان الأربعة للمكتب التنفيذي مع رؤساء اللجان بالمجالس الجهوية، على أن تختتم أشغال الجمع العام الاستثنائي بعرض توصيات اللجان الأربعة والمصادقة عليها.
