المكتب الوطني للنقابة الديموقراطية للعدل يشل محاكم المملكة بإضراب لمدة 6 أيام مع مسيرة وطنية احتجاجية بالرباط
سطر المكتب الوطني للنقابة الديمقراطية للعدل العضو بالفيدرالية الديمقراطية للشغل، برنامجا نضاليا يشمل إضرابا وطنيا في فترتين، الأولى أيام 27-28-29 غشت الجاري والثانية أيام 03-04-05 شتنبر المقبل، مع مسيرة وطنية احتجاجية بالرباط يوم 4 شتنبر المقبل.
وعقد المكتب، يوم أمس الأحد، اجتماعا تم خلاله الوقوف على مستجدات الوضع القطاعي ارتباطا بالدخول الاجتماعي واستمرار المعركة النضالية التي تخوضها النقابة الديمقراطية للعدل دفاعا عن نظام أساسي منصف وحفز للشغيلة العدلية.
كما شكل الاجتماع مناسبة لتقييم المعركة النضالية والوقوف على جاهزية الفروع وعموم المناضلات والمناضلين لإنجاح البرنامج النضالي، حيث تم تجديد مطالبة رئيس الحكومة بالتدخل بما يضمن تجنيب قطاع حساس وحيوي مزيدا من التوتر وبما يضمن وفاء الحكومة بتنفيذ الالتزامات المتوافق حولها مع وزارة العدل بإخراج الصيغة المتفق عليها من النظام الأساسي لهيئة كتابة الضبط.
وطالب المكتب وزارة العدل بإلحاق مضمون المذكرة الموجهة من طرف المكتب الوطني للنقابة الديمقراطية للعدل بخصوص ملف المهندسين بتعديلات النظام الأساسي بما يضمن إدماج هذه الفئة في النظام الأساسي وتمتيعها بما سبق وأن سلب منها من مكتسبات المرسوم 500 الذي جرى نسخه دون تمكينهم مما يوازيه في نص خاص.
وأكد المكتب أن غموض الموقف الحكومي من ملف قطاع العدل لن يزيد الوضع إلا سوء، وأن القطاع لن يحتمل مزيدا من التوتر خاصة وأنه كان من القطاعات الأولى التي باشرت الحوار القطاعي باعتباره رافدا للحوار الاجتماعي طبقا لالتزام رئيس الحكومة.
