الغلوسي يتسائل عن مصير ملف فضائح تذاكر المونديال

العالق في ذاكرتنا كمغاربة من مونديال قطر أمران لا ثالث لهما ،الأول تفوق المنتخب المغربي وصناعته للفرجة والفرح والتألق ،والتاني فضيحة تذاكر المونديال ،فضيحة قيل لنا عنها إنها تشكل أمرًا مخزيا وتحدث عنها السيد فوزي لقجع أمام الكاميرا بلغة حارقة وتوعد بأن ينال المتورطون في هذه الفضيحة جزاءهم وحدد تاريخ 10 يناير الماضي للإعلان عن نتائج التحقيق الذي فتحته جامعته ،لكنه أخلف وعده الذي قطعه على نفسه وهو في ذلك لايختلف عن العديد من المسؤولين الذين لايجدون أدنى حرج في نكث وعودهم لأنهم جميعا يدركون أنهم لن يدفعوا أية فاتورة ،ذلك أن نكت الوعود يجعلهم يترقون في سلم المسؤولية وليس العكس
كما قيل لنا بأن بحثا قضائيا قد فتح حول « شوهتنا » أمام العالم لتحديد المسؤوليات ومعاقبة الجناة ،بحث تباشره الفرقة الوطنية للشرطة القضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة ،يجري ذلك منذ مدة ليست بالقصيرة ورغم ذلك لم تظهر أية نتيجة ولم يعاقب أحد وكل مايسمعه المغاربة هو أخبار هنا وهناك سرعان ماتصبح سرابا !
يحدث كل ذلك ومسؤولينا يتساءلون لماذا فقد المغاربة الثقة في المؤسسات ومختلف الفاعلين ؟لماذ يلجأ البعض إلى صفحات مفتوحة على مستوى وسائل التواصل الإجتماعي « ليمرمد » بعض المسؤولين ونشر غسيلهم علانية ؟
إن حدوث عطب على مستوى القنوات المؤسساتية في قيامها بأدوارها الوظيفية بشكل سلس وفعال وغياب التواصل وإحتقار ذكاء المغاربة فضلا عن نهج سياسة الصمت والهروب إلى الأمام والرهان على الزمن لكي ينسى الجميع ما وقع ،إن كل ذلك هو مايجعل منسوب فقدان الثقة في تزايد كبير ويخلف ردود أفعال ومواقف تبحث عن ما تعتقده يشكل بديلا عن الأزمة الوظيفية للمؤسسات التي يفترض فيها أن تجيب عن الإشكالات والقضايا المطروحة عليها
فهل سيدرك بعض المسؤولين خطورة هذا المنحى ويكفوا عن تعميق الهوة بين المجتمع والمؤسسات ؟
