وقضت غرفة الجنايات الابتدائية لدى محكمة الاستئناف بمراكش، حضوريا في حق متهمين بهتك عرض قاصرتين، بسنتين ونصف سجنا نافذا.
وكانت النيابة العامة المختصة بمراكش، قد أمرت بفتح تحقيق بشأن تعرض فتاتين للاغتصاب باستعمال العنف، بعدما توصل بشكاية في الموضوع، وهو ما انتهى الى إيقاف المتهمين واحالتهما على القضاء.
