يعتبر مركز تصفية الدم بمدينة تحناوت، من بين المؤسسات الاجتماعية الرائدة في مجال تقديم خدماتها الصحية لمرضى القصور الكلوي على مستوى جهة مراكش، وذلك بفضل الجهود الجبارة التي تبدلها الجمعية المشرفة بتنسيق مع قطاع الصحة بالحوز، والسلطات الإقليمية و فيدرالية مراكز تصفية الدم بالجهة، ومجلس جهة مراكش اسفي والمجلس الإقليمي، وللوقوف على أسباب نجاح عمل هذا المركز، أجرينا حوار صحفيا مع عبداللطيف الزغادي، مدير مستشفى محمد السادس بتحناوت، بمناسبة زيارة رسمية لوفد جهوي لهذا المركز، وكان كالاتي:
مسؤولون يؤكدون أن سر نجاح المركز متوقف على التنسيق العالي بين الجمعية المسيرة و قطاع الصحة؟
اٍن نجاح عمل أي مؤسسة متوقف على التنسيق بين جميع الجهات المتدخلة والشريكة، فالجمعية التي تشرف على تسيير هذا المركز، تتواصل بشكل كبير مع المسؤولين في قطاع الصحة بالاقليم، وبشكل متواصل، وذلك قصد الرفع من مستوى الخدمات التي يقدمها مركز تصفية الدم في ظروف جيدة، وقد برهنت لجمعية على أنها قادرة على التفاعل والانسجام مع توصيات قطاع الصحة، وكسب الخبرة التي وضعتها المديرية الإقليمية ومستشفى محمد السادس رهن إشارة العاملين في المركز في جميع المجالات، وهو ما ساعد على تفادي الصعاب، والأزمات الإدارية والتقنية.
كما أن التنسيق العالي بين قطاع الصحة وجمعية مركز تصفية الدم بتحناوت مكنتنا من كسب مزيد من الدعم من قبل المسؤولين، وكذا ثقة المحسنين.
