« التضييق على طبيبة » يوحد أطباء مراكش ويتوعدون مسؤول جهوي بالاحتجاج

قالت الأطر الطبية المنضوية تحت لواء الجامعة الوطنية للصحة بجهة مراكش أسفي- الاتحاد المغربي للشغل- ” اٍن الهيئة مستعدة لخوض جميع أشكال النضال التي يكفلها القانون بسبب ما وصف بـ »التضييق » المستمر على طبيبة اختصاصية في الاشعة بمستشفى شريفة بسيدي يوسف بن علي الذي تم تدشينه حديثا.”
وفي بلاغ لها، أضافت الهيئة: ” تعرضت طبيبة اختصاصية في الاشعة بمستشفى شريفة بسيدي يوسف بن علي الذي تم تدشينه حديثا لمعاملة غير لائقة تجاوزت كل الحدود من طرف “المدير الجهوي” بالنيابة خلال زيارة قام بها المدير المركزي للموارد البشرية لوزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية يومه الجمعة 04 نونبر 2022 على الساعة 17:30، مما تسبب لها في ازمة نفسية حادة.”
وأكد ذات البلاغ، ” أن الطبيبة المشهود لها بالكفاءة، الأمانة، الانضباط والاخلاق العالية تتعرض منذ التحاقها بالعمل في مستشفى شريفة لعراقيل شتى ولاستفزازات متواصلة لدفعها للقبول بالأمر الواقع أو مغادرة المصلحة أمام أنظار وصمت المسؤولين، وعندما همت لتشكو لهذا المسؤول المركزي محنتها ومحنة مرضاها، قام “المدير الجهوي” بالنيابة لوزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية أمام الحضور بمقاطعتها و نهرها و الصراخ في وجهها و طالبها بالتزام الصمت، حيث لم يحترم حقها في التعبير كما يكفله الدستور و القانون و لا كونها موظفة عمومية ولم يعر اهتماما لتواجد المسؤول المركزي في سلوك لا يليق بمسؤول جهوي على القطاع تكريسا منه لسياسة القمع و تكميم الافواه.”
وأضافت الهيئة: ” ولأن القطاع على مشارف تغييرات جذرية مرتقبة فإن اللجنة الجهوية للأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الاسنان للجامعة الوطنية للصحة ـ الاتحاد المغربي للشغل ـ بجهة مراكش اسفي تتساءل: هل بهذه الطريقة سيتم التعامل مع أطرها مستقبلا؟، وهل بهذه الطريقة سيتم تحفيز الموارد البشرية ودعمها حتى لا تغادر القطاع العمومي؟، وهل بهذه الطريقة سيتم إنجاح الاوراش المفتوحة؟.”
وعلى ضوء هذه الأحداث التي سجلتها الاطر الطبية والتمريضية والادارية المنضوية تحت لواء نفس الهيئة المذكورة، فقد طالبت من “المدير الجهوي” بالنيابة بالاعتذار للطبيبة ضحية هذه المعاملة الغير اللائقة، كما دعت وزارة الصحة والحماية الاجتماعية لإيفاد لجنة مركزية للتحقيق في العراقيل التي تتعرض لها الطبيبة في مقر عملها ومعاناة المرضى اليومية، مع ربط المسؤولية بالمحاسبة.
ذات الهيئة دعت أيضا المكتب الجهوي للجامعة الوطنية للصحة ـ إ م ش ـ بجهة مراكش اسفي للتدخل العاجل خصوصا وان ما جرى يدخل في مسلسل التضييق الممنهج للإدارة على مناضلاتنا ومناضلينا من مختلف الفئات ومواقع العمل ويؤكد ما ذكر في البلاغ الجهوي الأخير، كما تدعو اللجنة الإقليمية للأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الاسنان لعقد اجتماع طارئ فورا. كما قررت مراسلة اللجنة الوطنية للأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الاسنان للجامعة الوطنية للصحة ـ إ م ش ـ ورفع تقرير مفصل للكاتب العام الوطني للجامعة الوطنية للصحة ـ إ م ش ـ. حول الاستهداف الممنهج للإدارة لمناضلاتنا ومناضلينا.
وفي الأخير دعت اللجنة الجهوية للأطباء والصيادلة وجراحي الاسنان كافة عضواتها وأعضائها لرص الصفوف والتعبئة الشاملة والاستعداد لخوض كل الاشكال النضالية التي سيتم تقريرها.
