اجتماع في القاهرة يدعو الى تسريع تفعيل « نداء مراكش للعمل »

خلصت ندوة جرى تنظيمها في إطار تتبع نداء العمل الذي تم إطلاقه خلال الاجتماعات السنوية لصندوق النقد والبنك الدوليين، المنعقدة بمراكش في أكتوبر الماضي، إلى أن منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا مدعوة إلى تسريع نمو أكثر شمولا، مع التركيز على تحفيز القطاع الخاص.
وأكد الإعلان الصادر في ختام هذا اللقاء، المنعقد بالقاهرة، أن “المنطقة مدعوة لتسريع التقدم نحو نمو أقوى وأكثر شمولا يقوده القطاع الخاص، وإحداث المزيد من الفرص للجميع”، لاسيما من الشباب والنساء والمقاولين الجدد.
وفي بيانها الصادر بواشنطن، أوضحت المؤسسة المالية الدولية أن اللقاء ركز على النمو الشامل، في إطار متابعة نداء مراكش للانكباب على الأولويات السياسية الرامية إلى تعزيز المرونة ودعم التحول الاقتصادي في منطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال إفريقيا.
وتم تسليط الضوء، حسب الإعلان، على أهمية النهوض بالنمو الشامل والمستدام، وبناء عقد اجتماعي جديد لتقليص الفجوة بين نماذج النمو في الماضي، ومحركات النمو في المستقبل.
وبالنسبة لصندوق النقد الدولي، فإن “نداء العمل” الذي تم إطلاقه في مراكش يتمحور حول خمس ركائز، تشمل تطوير قطاع خاص أكثر حيوية، وإصلاح أنظمة الحماية الاجتماعية، وإتاحة الفرص للشباب، وإزالة العقبات التي تحول دون مشاركة المرأة في الحياة الاقتصادية، والاستفادة من التكنولوجيا والاستثمارات الخضراء باعتبارها محركات للنمو وإحداث فرص العمل.
