إيقاف داعشي كان يخطط لتنفيذ عمل إرهابي بالمغرب

تمكن المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية التابع للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، في الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم الخميس، من توقيف عنصر متطرف موالي لتنظيم “داعش” الإرهابي، يبلغ من العمر 36 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في انخراطه في التخطيط والإعداد لتنفيذ مشروع إرهابي بغرض المساس الخطير بالنظام العام.
وأوضح بلاغ للمكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية أنه تم توقيف هذا العنصر المتطرف بمدينة تطوان، في عملية أمنية شاركت في تنفيذها مجموعة من عناصر “القوة الخاصة” التابعة للمديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، بتنسيق وتعاون ميداني من ضباط الشرطة القضائية العاملين بالمكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية.
وحسب المعلومات الأولية للبحث، يضيف البلاغ، فإن المشتبه فيه الموقوف الموالي لتنظيم “داعش” الإرهابي متشبع بأفكار متطرفة تحرض على تكفير المجتمع وممثلي السلطات والقوات العمومية، فضلا عن نشاطه المكثف ضمن الأوساط الافتراضية وقنوات التواصل المعلوماتي التي تتبنى الإشادة بالفكر التخريبي المتطرف والتحريض على التخطيط لتنفيذ مشاريع إجرامية تستهدف الأشخاص والمنشآت العمومية والخاصة.
وأشار المصدر ذاته إلى أنه تم الاحتفاظ بالموقوف تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي التي يجريه المكتب المركزي للأبحاث القضائية تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المكلفة بقضايا الإرهاب، وذلك للكشف عن المخططات الإرهابية التي انخرط في التحضير لتنفيذها، وكذا تحديد ارتباطاته المحتملة مع خلايا وتنظيمات إرهابية تنشط سواء داخل المغرب أو خارجه.
وخلص البلاغ إلى أن تحييد الخطر المرتبط بالشخص الموقوف في إطار هذه القضية، يأتي في سياق الجهود المكثفة والمتواصلة التي تبذلها مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني من أجل مكافحة الخلايا المتطرفة وإجهاض المخططات والمشاريع الإرهابية التي تحدق بأمن وسلامة الوطن والمواطنين.
