تمكنت عناصر الأمن الوطني بإمنتانوت بتنسيق مع مصالح مراقبة التراب الوطني تحت إشراف الرئيس المباشر العميد الممتاز العثماني جيلالي خلال الساعات الأولى من صباح يوم التلاتاء 13 فبراير 2024 على الساعة 5h صباحا من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 34 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في ارتكاب جريمة قـ.ـتل والدته بمراكش بمنطقة المحاميد.
وحسب مصادر جريدة « مراكش الإخبارية » فإن المتهم وهو الابن البكر للضحية بعد ان ارتكب الجريمة زوال امس التلاتاء بحي محاميد مراكش اتجه عبر دراجته النارية إلى مدينة إمنتانوت في اتجاه مدينة أكادير .
وحسب مصادرنا تم توقيف المشتبه فيه، بالشاحنة التي استقلها رفقة دراجته النارية وهو نائما بها في حدود الساعة الخامسة صباحا والتي كانت مركونة باحدى محطات الوقود بمنطقة أركانة، بعد توصل عناصر الضابطة القضائية بمفوضية الشرطة بامنتانوت بإخبارية وبمعلومات مضبوطة تفيد أن المبحوث عنه كان متواجدا بامنتانوت وغادرها في اتجاه مدينة اكادير.
وحسب المصدر ذاته تم تسليم المشتبه فيه الى الشرطة القضائية الولائية بمدينة مراكش للتحقيق والاستماع والبحث معه في المنسوب اليه، وذلك لتحديد كافة الأسباب والخلفيات المحيطة بارتكاب هذه الجريمة.
