تعبئة 1,9 مليار درهم لتدبير الطلب واقتصاد مياه السقي بجهة مراكش أسفي


 

 

 

 

عبأت المديرية الجهوية للفلاحة بجهة مراكش آسفي، ضمن البرنامج الوطني للتزويد بالماء الصالح للشرب وماء السقي للفترة 2020-2027، غلافا ماليا يقدر بـ1,934 مليار درهم، لتدبير الطلب واقتصاد مياه السقي على صعيد جهة مراكش آسفي.
وأشار المدير الجهوي للفلاحة بجهة مراكش آسفي عبد العزيز بوسرارف، في عرض حول “البرنامج الوطني والجهوي حول اقتصاد وتثمين الماء في الميدان الفلاحي”، إلى إنجاز مشاريع التحويل الجماعي والفردي لنظم السقي على مساحة تقدر بحوالي 35 ألف هكتار إضافية بغلاف مالي يقدر بـ1785 مليون درهم.

وأبرز أن برنامج المديرية يضم تنمية مدارات السقي الصغيرة والمتوسطة باستصلاح ما يناهز 90 كيلومترا من السواقي (125 مليون درهم) وإحداث نقط للماء لتوريد الماشية عبر إنشاء وتجهيز حوالي 48 بئرا وأثقابا (24 مليون درهم).

كما سيتم، حسب  بوسرارف، إحداث مدارات سقوية على السدود الكبرى المبرمجة (سد بولعوان وآيت زياد وسيدي ادريس الكبير) بمساحة تقارب 54 ألف و900 هكتار.

وانعقد، أمس الثلاثاء بمراكش، لقاء تواصلي حول البرنامج الوطني للتزويد بالماء الشروب ومياه السقي 2020-2027، الذي أعطى انطلاقته صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس، مؤخرا، بكلفة مالية إجمالية قدرها 115,4 مليار درهم.

وقد شكل هذا اللقاء، مناسبة لتدارس السبل الكفيلة بالتفعيل الأمثل لمضامين هذا البرنامج، بشكل يسمح بتعبئة الإمكانات المائية في وضعية إشباع وضمان الأمن المائي، في أفق الموازنة بين العرض المائي على صعيد الجهة والطلب المتزايد على هذه المادة الحيوية.
