بوينغ: طائرات 737 ماكس لن تعاود التحليق قبل منتصف 2020

أعلنت مجموعة بوينغ الثلاثاء أنّ الموعد الجديد المتوقّع لعودة طائراتها من طراز "737 ماكس" إلى التحليق هو "منتصف 2020"، في تأخير لأشهر عدّة عن الموعد الذي كان عملاق صناعة الطيران الأميركي يعوّل عليه لرفع الحظر المفروض منذ 10 أشهر على تحليق هذا الطراز في أعقاب كارثتين جويتين أوقعتا 346 قتيلاً.
وقالت المجموعة في بيان "نحن بصدد إبلاغ عملائنا ومقاولينا من الباطن بأنّنا نعتقد حالياً أنّ رفع الحظر المفروض على طائرات ماكس 737 لن يبدأ قبل منتصف 2020".
وأكّدت بوينغ بذلك معلومات أوردها لوكالة فرانس برس قبل ذلك بقليل مصدر في قطاع الطيران قائلاً إنّ طراز ماكس 737 لن يعود إلى الأجواء قبل يونيو أو حتى يوليو.
وأوضح المصدر أنّ سبب التأجيل الجديد ليس ظهور "مشكلة جديدة" بل المخاطر المتعلّقة بإجراءات الموافقة اللازمة من قبل سلطات الطيران المدني وبالتطورات الجديدة المحتملة في هذه الأزمة.
وفي بيانها قالت بوينغ إنّ التأجيل الجديد مردّه أيضاً إلى "الفحص الصارم الذي تقوم به سلطات الطيران المدني، عن وجه حقّ، لكلّ مرحلة من مراحل التحقّق" من سلامة هذا الطراز.
وفي بداية الأزمة كانت بوينغ تأمل أن يعاود طراز ماكس الطيران في غضون "بضعة أسابيع"، ولكنّ هذا التفاؤل سرعان ما تلاشى أمام الضوابط الصارمة التي فرضتها سلطات الطيران المدني.
وقبل التأجيل الجديد كان الموعد المتوقّع لعودة هذا الطراز إلى الخدمة هو في أواخر فبراير أو مطلع مارس.
من جهتها قالت وكالة الطيران الفدرالية الأميركية، السلطة المنظّمة لقطاع الطيران في الولايات المتّحدة، إنّها لم تحدّد بعد جدولاً زمنياً لعودة طراز ماكس إلى التحليق، مؤكّدة أنّ "أولوية وكالة الطيران الفدرالية هي السلامة".
وفور شيوع نبأ هذا التأجيل الجديد خسر سهم بوينغ أكثر من 5% من قيمته ليعود في ختام جلسة التعاملات ويقلّص خسائره مغلقاً على انخفاض نسبته 3,33%.
وتراجع بوينغ حالياً مع وكالة الطيران الفدرالية الأميركية التعديلات التي تم إدخالها على برنامج التحكّم المعروف بنظام تعزيز خصائص المناورة (إم سي أيه إس)، الذي اعتبر السبب وراء تحطّم طائرتي رحلة "لايون إير" الإندونيسية وتلك التابعة للخطوط الإثيوبية في حادثتين تسبّبتا بمقتل ما مجموعه 346 شخصاً.
وتم تعليق استخدام طائرات ماكس حول العالم منذ 13 مارس 2019.
وبسبب الصعوبات التي واجهها طراز "737 ماكس" تكبّدت بوينغ خسائر بلغت حتى اليوم 9,2 مليارات دولار، في وقت يتوقّع أن تتفاقم هذه الكلفة أكثر، وهو ما سيعلنه الرئيس التنفيذي الجديد للمجموعة ديفيد كالهون في 29 كانون الثاني/يناير عندما سيكشف عن النتائج المالية السنوية للمجموعة.
