وأسفر هذا الجمع الذي ترأسه يونس بوسكسو منسق حزب الاستقلال بإقليم مراكش، عن انتخاب الحاج محمد مبتهج كاتبا إقليميا جديدا لحزب علال الفاسي بالمدينة الحمراء، وذلك وسط حضور وازن للأطر الاستقلالية الممثلة لكل تنظيمات حزب الميزان.
