قال ابراهيم شكري، رئيس الجماعة الترابية لويركان بالحوز، اٍن تعقيد مسطرة التحفيظ العقاري، تحول في كثير من الأحيان دون اٍتمام تنفيذ مشاريع مهمة لفائدة مستثمرين في قطاعات حيوية بالإقليم."
وجاء تصريح رئيس الجماعة الترابية في كلمة له بمناسبة حضوره لأشغال لقاء تواصلي حول موضوع "الدور الجديد للمراكز الجهوية للاستثمار واٍدماج الشباب في سوق الشغل، أمس الخميس بمقر عمالة الحوز بمدينة تحناوت، ترأسه عامل الاقليم بحضور المدير العام للمركز الجهوي للاستثمار بجهة مراكش اسفي.
وأوضح رئيس الجماعة أن الاصلاحات الجديدة التي جاء بها المركز الجهوي للاستثمار بجهة مراكشاسفي، بناء على التعليمات الملكية السامية، تروم الرفع من مستوى خلق مزيد من المشاريع الحيوية التي ستساعد على النهوض بالتنمية المحلية المنشودة، وكذا توفير فرص شغل حقيقية لفائدة الشباب، مشيرا اٍلى أهمية تبسيط مساطر التحفيظ العقاري من أجل التسريع من وثيرة انجاز المشاريع.
