ايت الطالب : جذب المستثمرين رهين بتحسين مناخ الأعمال وتسوية العقار
قال ادريس ايت الطالب، رئيس جماعة أغواطيم الترابية بالحوز، " اٍن جذب مزيد من المستثمرين المغاربة والاجانب، رهين بتحسين مناخ الأعمال وتسوية العقار."
واضاف ايت الطالب في كلة له بمناسبة مشاركته في لقاء احتضنته قاعة الاجتماعات بمقر عمالة الحوز بمدينة تحناوت أمس الخميس، حول "الدور الجديد للمركز الجهوي للاستثمار بجهة مراكش اسفي وادماج الشباب في سوق الشغل،" أن مجموعة من الملفات لعدد من المستثمرين مازالت عالقة بجماعة اغواطيم بسبب تعقيد مسطرة التعمير.
ودعا رئيس الجماعة العامل بنشيخي اٍلى ضرورة ايجاد حلول للرخص الاستثنائية التي تمنح من أجل تيسير علمية الاستثمار لفائدة الفاعلين الاقتصاديين، مبرزا أهمية الاصلاحات الجديدة التي رافقت المركز الجهوي للاستثمار على غرار باقي مراكز المملكة المغربية.
وأضاف رئيس الجماعة الترابية لاغواطيم، أن مشكل عدم تسوية العقار، يعيق عملية التسريع من وثيرة استصدار الرخص لفائدة المستثمرين، وهو ما يستدعي التدخل السلطات من أجل ايجاد صيغة توافقية تساير ثورة الاصلاحات التي عرفتها المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار، والرامية الى تسهيل عملية الاستثمار ودعم ولوج الشباب الى سوق الشغل.
