ياسين المسفر يشرح لرؤساء الجماعات بالحوز الدور الجديد للمركز الجهوي للاستثمار


أكد ياسين المسفر، المدير العام للمركز الجهوي للاستثمار بجهة مراكش أسفي، أن الاصلاحات الجديد التي رافقت المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار بناء على التعليمات الملكية السامية، تعتبر من المفاتيح المهمة في مجال تحسين مناخ الاستثمار وتشجيع المبادرة الحرة وحماية المقاولة.

وجاء ذلك في لقاء تواصلي بمقر عمالة الحوز أمس الخميس، ترأسه عامل الإقليم وعرف حضور رؤساء الجماعات الترابية بالإقليم ورجال السلطة المحلية ورؤساء المصالح الخارجية الادارية والأمنية.

واطلع المدير العام جميع الحاضرين على أهم الاصلاحات التي عرفتها جميع المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار مباشرة بعد الخطاب الملكي بمناسبة عيد العرش المجيد الذكرى الـ 19، والتي عرفت إصدار ميثاق اللاتمركز ا?داري بما يتيح للمسؤولين المحليين، اتخاذ القرارات وتنفيذ برامج التنمية ا?قتصادية وا?جتماعية في انسجام وتكامل في سياق الجهوية المتقدمة.

كما أشار المسفر اٍلى ا?سراع بإخراج الميثاق الجديد للاستثمار وبتفعيل إصلاح المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار وتمكينها من الصلاحيات اللازمة للقيام بدورها، مثل الموافقة على القرارات بأغلبية ا?عضاء الحاضرين، عوض ا?جماع المعمول به حاليا وتجميع كل اللجان المعنية وا?ستثمار في لجنة جهوية موحدة، وذلك لوضع حد للعراقيل والتبريرات التي تدفع بها بعض القطاعات الوزارية.

وأضاف مدير المركز الجهوي للاستثمار بجهة مراكش أسفي، أنه تم أيضا اعتماد نصوص قانونية  تنص على تحديد أجل أقصاه شهر لعدد من ا?دارات للرد على الطلبات المتعلقة با?ستثمار مع التأكيد على أن عدم جوابها داخل هذا ا?جل، يعد بمثابة موافقة من قبلها، موضحا على أن الادارات يتوجب عليها تبادل المعلومات فيما بينها لتسهيل عملية النظر في الملفات.

ولقي هذا اللقاء استحسان جميع الحاضرين، اٍذ أكدوا على أن الاصلاحات التي عرفتها المراكز الجهوية للاستثمار ستساهم في تشجيع الاستثمار.
