تحت الرعاية السامية لصاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس نصره الله وأيده، و توطيدا لموعد ثقافي سنوي هام، يشكل ذاكرة ثقافية رمزية تاريخية تزخر بها تطوان و منطقة الشمال، نظمت وزارة الثقافة وبشراكة مع رابطة أدباء شمال المغرب بتطوان، وبتعاون مع عمالة اقليم تطوان والمجلس الاقليمي والجماعي بتطوان الدورة الواحدة و العشرين لعيد الكتاب بتطوان.
وتألقت في هذا الحدث، مستشارة رابطة أدباء شمال المغرب شاعرة الحمامة البيضاء الأستاذة إمهاء مكاوي بقصائد إنسانية و رومانسية ترمز للتفائل وحب الخير و التسامح، لتحطنا في حدائق الورد و الزهر، كما ابهرت بصوتها الصادح الرنان ومعانيها الهادفة الحضور الكريم و نالت رضى و استحسان الجميع من مثقفين و زوار من داخل وخارج المغرب.
