نقابة تعدّد مشاكل قطاع الصحة بالحوز وترفع البطاقة الحمراء في وجه المسؤولين

قرر المكتب الاقليمي للنقابة الوطنية للصحة العمومية بالحوز، اختيار التصعيد للتنديد بالأوضاع التي يعرفها قطاع الصحة بالحوز، لاسيما أن المكتب الاقليمي كان قد نبه الي تجاوزات في لقاءات عدة، وهو م تلاه لقاء استعجالي تم تنظيمه بحضور المديرة الجهوية بمراكش، أول أمس الاربعاء الماضي، غير أن مغادرة المدير لإقليمي لوزارة الصحة بالإقليم للقاعة دون اتمام الحوار الاجتماعي، أثار ذلك غضب اعضاء النقابة الذين قرروا خوض اشكال نضالية عدة.
وكانت النقابة قد طالبت بتفعيل المذكرة الوزارية الخاصة باٍعادة الانتشار لسد الفراغ المهول الذي تعرفه عدة مراكز صحية، ومنها على سبيل المثال المركز الصحي بتغدوين الذي يعمل بدون طبيب لأزيد من ستة أشهر، و تفعيل لجنة اقليمية للسهر على مدى تطبيق الفعلي للإلزامية بالمراكز الصحية، اٍضافة اٍلى عدم تفعيل لجنة اقليمية للسهر على تتبع انشطة الوحدات الطبية المستقلة بالإقليم.
كما طالبت الأطر الصحية في بلاغ لها، بتوفير الامن بالمراكز الصحية في ضل الاعتداءات المتكررة التي يتعرض لها الاطر الصحية بالإقليم، وكذا وضع حد للفوضى العارمة في مرآب سيارات الدولة بالمندوبية الإقليمية و الالتزام بفتح طلبات الترشح لشغل مناصب المسؤولية بالمراكز الصحية ومنها: التوامة، امزميز زرقطن، مولاي براهيم، ايت عادل، ويركان، امغراس.
ودعت المكتب الاقليمي للنقابة الوطنية للصحة العمومية اٍلى تطبيق المسطرة الادارية في حق المسؤول عن المركز الصحي ثلاث نيعقوب بعد اعتدائه الشنيع على القابلة التي تعمل معه في نفس المركز، وتسوية الوضعية الادارية والمالية للمسؤولين عن المراكز الصحية و القروية بإقليم الحوز، اٍضافة اٍلى توفير خدمة جهاز "السكانير" بمستشفى محمد السادس بتحناوت، الذي لم يُعرف سبب عدم تشغيله لأزيد من ستة أشهر بعلم ومعرفة من المندوب الاقليمي، رغم توفؤ الأطر الصحية اللازمة بالمستشفى، و نفس المشكل يعرفه المركب الجراحي المتوقف لأزيد من ستة أشهر دون أي سبب.
وأشار المكتب أيضا اٍلى التحيز الواضح للمندوب لنقابة معروفة بالحوز، مما يتسبب في التسيب و الفوضى التي يعرفها المستشفى الاقليمي بالحوز.
واٍلى ذلك، دعت النقابة اٍلى تنظيم وقفة احتجاجية، تليها مسيرة حاشدة نحو عمالة اٍقليم الحوز، للتنديد بما وصفته بالوضع "المزري" الذي يعشه القطاع في الحوز، والدخول في اعتصام بمقر مديرية الحوز للصحة بتحناوت.
