وقد تم ضبط الموقوف متحوزا على قطع من مخدر الشيرا معدة للترويج ومبالغ مالية متحصل عليها من نشاطه، ليتم اقتياده الى مقر الدائرة الأمنية 12.
وقد جرى تحرير محضر اعتقال في حق المعني بالأمر ووضعه رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية، وذلك الى حين عرضه أمام النيابة العامة المختصة لمتابعته من أجل المنسوب اليه.
