وجاءت عملية إيقاف السبعيني اثر شكاية تقدم بها اب الطفل امس الجمعة، يؤكذ فيها تعرض طفله للاغتصاب من قبل سبعيني بعدما استدرجه الى محله التجاري، وهو الامر الذي كشفته ام الضحية بعد عودته مباشرة الى المنزل، اذ لاحظت علامات تعرض طفلها للاغتصاب.
وتم ايداع الضنين رهن تدابير الحراسة النظرية بامر من النيابة العامة المختصة بمراكش لتعميق البحث معه قبل احالته على القضاء.
