قضت المحكمة الابتدائية بالرباط، صباح اليوم الأربعاء، ببطلان انتخاب سمير كودار رئيسا للجنة التحضيرية للمؤتمر الوطني الرابع لحزب الأصالة والمعاصرة.
وحكمت المحكمة في جلستها العلنية ابتدائيا وحضوريا ببطلان كل القرارات والأعمال الصادرة عن اللجنة، وما ترتب عن ذلك من اثار قانونية مع تحميل المدعى عليه الصائر.
