احتفلت كلية العلوم والتقنيات بطلبة الهندسة المدنية بفوزهم بالمرتبة الاولى في سولار ديكاتلون افريكا والذي نظم في جامعة محمد السادس بن جرير حيت تميزوا بقيادة فريق انتر هاوس المكون من طلبة جامعةالقاضي عياض (كلية العلوم والتقنيات وكلية العلوم السملالية والمدرسة الوطنية للعلوم التطبيقية اسفي) والمدرسة الوطنية للتعمير بمراكش وجامعة كولورادو والتي عرفت مشاركة ازيد من الف طالب ينتمون الى 54 جامعة دولية في 20دولة من اربع قارات .
هذا الفريق والمسمى"انتر هاوس"( inter house ) كان يضم 45 طالبا مؤطرين من اساتذة مغاربة من جامعة القاضي عياض.
كانت المسابقة عبارة عن بناء منزل بمواصفات ايكولوجية معينةهذا الفوز جاء نتيجة تلاقح الافكار
خاصة انها تتطلب تقنية جديدة باعتبارها سكن مستدام و ايكولوجي ،هذه التظاهرة التي تنظم لاول مرة في افريقيا بمركز الطاقة الخضراء بالمدينة حيت ان الجائزة كانت عبارة عن مبلغ مالي
وليس هذا بغريب على طلبة كلية العلوم والتقيات بجامعة القاضي عياض حيث سبق ان استقبل صاحب الجلالة محمد السادس في شتنبر 2018 مجموعة الشباب ومعهم الطالب ايوب.ر كمقاول شاب نجح في مساره الدراسي في الهندسة المدنية بكلية العلوم والتقنيات بمراكش وخريج فوج 2017 وايضا العملي.
